Production Process of Artificial Quartz Stone

Artificial quartz stone is made of quartz sand and quartz powder, together with resin, pigment, coupling agent and curing agent through high temperature curing. The raw materials are mixed by the automatic batching system and then distributed in the mold frame. Then, they are vibrated and compacted under vacuum conditions. Then, the pressed mixture is sent to the curing furnace for heating and curing. The cured materials become blank plates, which are then polished.
