The efficient operation and service life of a grain color sorter depend not only on the quality of the equipment itself, but also on standardized operation and daily maintenance. Many users suffer from reduced sorting accuracy, frequent failures and shortened service life due to improper operation and lack of maintenance. For the humid and dusty grain processing environment, moisture and dust prevention measures should also be taken to avoid moisture damage to core components.
In addition, operators must keep in mind the equipment operation taboos, strictly prohibit illegally changing equipment parameters and forcibly disassembling components, regularly participate in manufacturer training to improve operation and maintenance skills, and contact the manufacturer for maintenance in case of faults instead of disassembling the equipment without permission.
Standardized operation is no trivial matter, and daily maintenance is the key. Only by controlling the whole process can the grain color sorter operate continuously and efficiently.
