The salt we usually eat is edible refined salt. However, both refined salt and coarse-grained salt are processed from well mineral salt and sea salt. Different regions have different methods of extracting salt. For example, coastal areas generally extract salt from sea salt.
Both well salt and sea salt will be transported to the salt processing plant. There is a complete set of processing lines in the workshop, and the salt will be packed in bags and transported to the packaging workshop.
From here on, salt will be further processed. Here, it is also classified according to the quality of salt. It is processed by pure physical process, and through washing, centrifugation, dehydration and drying, screening, salt color sorter, impurity removal, iodization, packaging and other processes, the whole production process shall be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the quality management technical specifications of the designated salt production enterprises.
After the salt with good quality is processed twice, the salt with good quality and output will be packaged by the machine. The quality inspection personnel will carry out random inspection according to the specified requirements. Each batch of products will be subject to random inspection by the quality management department. Only after meeting the product quality standards can they be sold out of the warehouse and sold in the mall as edible salt.
