Rice color sorter refers to the color sorter used by rice plants to produce refined rice. It is mainly used to select rice grains with yellow and black spots. It has a history of decades abroad. The use of color sorters in China's rice plants is after the reform and opening up. Wheat color sorter is used in flour mills to process high-precision flour. It is mainly used to remove black impurities, moldy grains and black germ grains from wheat. It has a very short history and was successfully developed by Chinese scientists in 2001. It was first used in the 1000t flour production line of Zhengzhou Jinyuan Noodle Industry Co., Ltd. However, the output of rice color sorter is relatively small, because the proportion of rice grains containing yellow and black spots is large, generally about 5% ~ 10%; The output of the color separator for wheat is large because the color separator is installed in the last process before the wheat is milled. After the wheat is cleaned once and twice, about 90% of the black impurities (including organic impurities and inorganic impurities) have been removed, and the remaining black impurities only account for a few thousandths of the total wheat flow (if the proportion of moldy grains and black embryo grains increases, it is another case). The output of rice color sorter is 50 ~ 100kg per channel, and that of wheat color sorter is 150 ~ 250kg per channel. The same 96 channel color sorter can process about 6t / h of rice and 12 ~ 15t / h of wheat. The color sorter mentioned above is equipped with a ccd sensor recognition system. If a traditional sensor recognition system is configured, the effect will be much worse. Therefore, when selecting the color sorter, it is necessary to first make clear the processing object and its impurities, otherwise, the expected effect will not be achieved.
