The photoelectric detector converts the reflected light of the measured material in the detection area into electrical signals. The tea color sorter uses photoelectric technology to remove heterochromatic materials, and analyzes the appearance color of the tea material surface through the photoelectric system to distinguish tea, stem and non tea inclusions. It can solve the problem of tea stem separation that cannot be achieved by conventional screening, wind sorting and picking equipment. Each material trough is equipped with two high-resolution cameras and data processing hardware. When materials pass through, they are checked from both sides to determine the amount of reflected light and projected light. Photoelectric sensors measure the amount of reflected light and projected light, compare it with the amount of reflected light from the reference color plate, and amplify the difference signal. When the signal is greater than the predetermined value, drive the injection system (nozzle at the end of the material trough) to blow out the colorful materials with compressed air.
