The main components of tea color sorter include: feed hopper, vibrating feeder, chute, light source, background plate, photoelectric detector, digital camera, accessory slot, genuine slot, air jet valve, air compressor, air purifier and filter, signal conditioning component, timing component and microcomputer control system. Feeding system: It is composed of feed hopper, vibrating feeder and chute. The tea materials to be sorted enter the vibrating feeder from the feed hopper, and the materials are automatically arranged into a row of continuous linear fine bundles through the vibration and guide mechanism. After being accelerated through the material trough, the tea materials are thrown into the detection area of the photoelectric system at a constant speed, so as to ensure that the tea materials are accurately presented in the optical area and the injection area.
