The whole machine is basically colorless. The sensitivity is too low. Readjust the sensitivity. The solenoid valve is not turned on. The power of the solenoid valve is turned on. The quality of the color selection is getting worse. There is dust on the glass of the sorting box. Remove the dust manually or use a soft cloth to remove the dust on it. If the color sorter is not cleaned, check the dust removal device or replace the rubber strip.

The single side sorting effect of the whole machine is poor. The rodless cylinder does not clean the dust properly. The dust remover is poor. The dust scraper is adjusted. The color sorter is often stopped. The sensitivity is too high. Adjust the sensitivity again. If the background plate is improperly adjusted, readjust the raw material of the background plate to reduce the output if the impurity content is too high. If the air supply pressure of the color sorter is insufficient, check the air pressure; If the air path is too far, readjust the air pressure protection frequently. Clean or replace the filter element to make the pipeline smooth. If the motor three-phase winding is damaged due to air compressor failure, replace the motor. If the AC contactor is damaged or poorly contacted, repair or replace the AC contactor thermal relay. If the AC contactor thermal relay is damaged or poorly contacted, repair or replace the thermal relay 380v. If the power supply is out of phase, repair the power supply circuit.
