Flotation method

2. Methods: Flotation with and without fluoride. Flotation with fluorine is carried out with hydrofluoric acid (HF) as regulator and amine as collector. Fluorine free flotation is to use dodecyl propylene diamine (abbreviated as dodecyl amine) as collector for flotation under acidic conditions regulated by hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid.

3. Effect: Quartz flotation can remove mica, feldspar minerals, clay minerals, iron bearing minerals, etc. associated with quartz ore. in addition, flotation can also remove mechanical iron mixed during crushing and grinding.

4. Equipment: flotation machine

The quartz acid pickling waste liquid enters the regulating tank through the drainage pipe to fully regulate the water quality and quantity of the acid pickling waste liquid.
