Which Industries Are Suitable for Multigrain Color Sorters?
Multigrain color sorters are intelligent sorting equipment built on machine vision and photoelectric sensing technology. They swiftly and accurately remove discolored, moldy grains and impurities from multigrains, resolving the drawbacks of low efficiency and high error rates of traditional manual sorting. Widely adopted across multiple multigrain-related sectors, they serve as core equipment for quality control, cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
First, the grain & oil processing industry, the primary application field for multigrain color sorters. Processors of millet, red beans, mung beans, black rice and other multigrains must comply with national grain & oil hygiene standards and market quality requirements. Fourth, the feed processing industry. Moldy grains mixed in feed raw materials such as corn grits, wheat bran and multigrain meals produce aflatoxins that endanger livestock and poultry, while stones may damage feed processing machinery. A herbal processor in Anhui applied color sorters for Euryale ferox sorting, shortening sorting duration by 80%. Raw materials were upgraded from ungraded bulk goods to Grade A products with a 30% price increase, granting access to mainstream domestic herbal medicine markets.
With agricultural standardization and continuous quality upgrading within the food sector, multigrain color sorters are finding broader application scenarios. They act as a vital "quality link" connecting multigrain growers and end consumers.
