On-site sample fine-tuning is a key operation. After initial parameter setup, feed a small amount of raw material for trial sorting. Collect qualified and rejected products separately, and check impurity content in rejects and discolored particles mixed in qualified products. Observe material falling status. Adjust chute inclination and vibration amplitude if material agglomeration or flying occurs. For stubborn impurities, slightly modify recognition thresholds step by step and compare retained samples after each adjustment instead of making drastic changes at one time.

Continuous verification and routine maintenance are included in the control content. After adjustment, sample multiple batches continuously for comparison to confirm stable sorting results. Regularly clean lenses and light sources during production, as accumulated dust causes color shift of images and deteriorates sorting performance. Recheck and fine-tune parameters when raw material quality fluctuates.
